Nourishing life- Nutrition class- Feb 9th

February 2nd, 2011

Over my years in practice I have seen various diets come and go, cropping up like mushrooms after the rain. People try this approach and the next, often resulting in weight fluctuations and slower metabolism. Chinese medicine offers a balanced and simple approach to nutrition. In my next installment of the “Nourishing life” class series, offered on Wednesday, feb 9th, I will teach a class on the principles of Chinese Medicine nutrition. I will explain how to modify your eating habits seasonally and according to your individual needs.

In the class you will learn:

1. Chinese dietary principles
2. Seasonal dietary recommendations
3. dietary guidelines according to body type
3. How to put together tasty balanced meals.

In our next class on March 9th we will learn cooking and meal planning.

Many of you have been asking me to teach this for years, and I am sure you will enjoy the information. The classes are free to attend and will also be posted on my website within a few weeks. Please feel free to share and invite friends and family who you feel can benefit from the information.

Yours,
Eti
